How to share money on a dedicated server?

One problem we haven't found a solution for is that I host the game and he can't spend any money. I have to purchase everything.

Is there a solution for this?

I read somewhere that I can set him as admin so he can spend from my bank account? How do I do this? I've also seen the option for seperate bank accounts. Does this do what I want or is this something else?

Pres "U" to set it up, and "L" to transfer money, iirc. When the player leaves, though, any money left goes back to the host so it's kind of lame for a persistent farm with returning players. On a seperate note, is it possible to have other people activate missions, sell implements and vehicles etc? That would be neat.
