After our freight carrier picks up the product, a Stage 3 representative will email you tracking information for your order. Once your shipment has arrived in your general area, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule the actual delivery.

Most freight companies can only schedule for a particular day and not a specific time, because of their volume of deliveries.

After your order is delivered, it is extremely important to completely inspect your package and items for damage before signing the Bill of Lading while the delivery personnel are still there.

You are solely responsible for thoroughly inspecting your items before signing any documentation. Carefully note any damage to your items or anything unusual on the Bill of Lading. Keep a copy of your papers and contact Stage 3 immediately if there is any damage or irregularities. Please keep all of the item's original packaging for up to 30 days in case your product needs to be returned.

I've owned a couple turbo charged engines in my life and have found it best to just swap out the plugs as a maintenance more often than a regular gas engine. I personally do it once every miles. Even picked up a MPG or two. I ordered these plugs based on previous reviews.

What a big difference in performance. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with an ecoboost and will be ordering from here again in the future. The best way is to just remove it from the truck, hose it out, and then run warm water and a mild soap Dawn or Simple Green through it.
